COVID-FLU-RSV RT PCR Detection kit
Molecular test for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A/B ed RSV A/B RNA in upper and lower respiratory samples during the acute phase of the infection
The positive result is indicative of the presence of SARS-CoV-2 RNA and/or Influenza A/B RNA and/or RSV A/B RNA. Clinical correlation with the patient’s history and other diagnostic information are needed to determine the patient’s infectious status.

Principle of the assay
The COVID-FLU-RSV RT PCR Detection kit is a one-step multiplex real-time RT-PCR assay with fluorescent probes. The method allows the detection of the specific viral genes ORF1b/RdRp, S and N for SARS-CoV-2 and of the specific genes for Influenza A and B and RSV A and B starting from the same sample.
The kit consists of all the reagents required for the analysis. Positive and negative PCR controls are included.
Selling Points

Ease of use

Open system: the kits are compatible and can be used with different extraction systems, including automated ones and on the most popular real-time PCR platforms

Reaction setup at room temperature

Reliability: the amplification of the internal control RNAse P allows to evaluate sample quality, RNA extraction and to identify the presence of PCR inhibitors

Diagnostic sensitivity: 100% – Diagnostic specificity: 100%
